Noventis Safety have announced the appointment of Brian Pecchia as President for its US Operations. Following an extensive search, Brian will lead operations across the US based companies within the Noventis Safety group, including SDi and The Hose Monster Company.
Pecchia takes on his new position having previously worked in a General Manager role within IDEX, leading a key division in the semiconductor and defence market spaces. Prior to that role, he had along and progressive career with Ingersoll Rand, most recently within their Compressed Air and Power Tool businesses.
With a strong commercial and people leadership background served across sales, marketing, product management and service disciplines, Pecchia will focus on leveraging the group’s expanded product portfolio and presence to maximise opportunities, whilst enhancing the customer experience across the US market.

After initial visits to the group’s facilities in Hertfordshire, UK and New Jersey, USA, Pecchia will be based at the group’s manufacturing location in Chicago.
