Noventis Safety, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TSI Flowmeters, a market-leading designer and manufacturer of precision flow and pressure measurement instruments serving the fire & rescue and water utility industries.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Portlaoise, Republic of Ireland, TSI delivers next-generation solutions for accurate flow rate, volume, pressure, and water quality measurement at the hydrant. Their products are developed and manufactured by a highly skilled team dedicated to innovation and quality. TSI’s mission is to enable efficient, effective, and sustainable management of network systems for their customers.
This acquisition marks the latest strategic expansion by Noventis Safety in the flow testing sector, following the additions of The Hose Monster Company in May 2024 and Global Vision Inc in March 2025. TSI brings complementary technology and product synergies that further enhance Noventis Safety’s capabilities and reinforce its commitment to advancing life safety and testing solutions.
