Our impact
In 2022 we appointed a third-party sustainability agency to carry out a detailed materiality analysis for the business. The results of this analysis were then used to shape our ESG strategy in line with the expectations of our stakeholders including; customers, employees, investors, governments and regulators. Our sustainability / ESG approach spans eight work stream pillars that cover all our identified material issues.
